about us - who are we?

The Feast for the Body and Soul is organised by volunteers from the Tikashi Mastery Class, who are members of Mastery Co-operative Ltd.

Tikashi Mastery Class
Tikashi Mastery Class was formed in the early 1990’s by Eschani Taylor and Geoffrey Hoiles, to support members and the community to get more out of life in relation to their personal growth, health and wellbeing.  They use simple, yet powerful, techniques to transform their lives and inspire others to do the same.
Tikashi Mastery Class members do not simply teach these tools and techniques, they put them into use in their lives to move beyond old realities.  By identifying the issues that limit their human and spiritual development, they support themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally to realise their potential.

Feast for the Body and Soul
Over the last 6 years, members have volunteered time, materials and expertise to create the Feast for the Body and Soul , an expo-style day with stalls, workshops and demonstrations to assist attendees (over 3,000 to date) to make positive changes in their lives.
It has been one of a range of group activities delivered over the past 13 years supporting the community.  Some examples of other activities include:

  • Support for Moira Kelly and the Children’s First Foundation – organisation of Backyard Blitz to make-over her home stay accommodation facility and ongoing fundraising resulting in over $200,000 raised to date.
  • Support of Royal Children’s Hospital HeartKids – creation of the Stick on a Smile campaign held annually on February 14th, which to date has raised over $120,000.
