We are a unique community of passionate and inspirational individuals committed to making a difference in the world.  We assist others to lift the quality of their lives through simple, yet powerful, techniques which we personally use in our lives.
Our unique information is presented through an active experiential learning environment rather than lecture style sessions.  We provide a safe and positive learning environment where you can explore, grow, heal and be empowered to be your full potential.
On offer at the Feast for the Body and Soul is the possibility of attending and participating in workshops or experiential classes; Body Shops and Soul Shops.  The program is designed to offer people of all ages, races, sexuality and ability, something practical and tangible to take home and use in their lives.

• Body Shops create an active learning environment where we work with energy, meditation, rhythm, sound, self-expression, intuition and teamwork activities to increase confidence and self esteem, in everyday life. 2008 Program includes; Indian drumming, creating new brain pathways, mediation, sounding, shiatsu basics, amazing hugs & adults and kids nutrition.
• Soul Shops are designed to assist, improve and empower people to make positive changes in their lives in an active experiential learning environment. 2008 Program includes: Clairvoyant reading, creating abundance in your life, soul language, creating your dreams, reconnecting with your creativity, astrology and channelled beings.

Exhibitor Information
A smaller group of exceptional exhibitors will support the new format and will be invited to participate on the day. After examining valued feedback from previous exhibitors, The Feast for the Body and Soul Team have decided to place all exhibitors together in the main hall.  This maintains the community feel of the event and allows us to focus the energy of the exhibitors in one area.

Exhibits will include a mixture of massage, guide drawings, aura photos, to supportive seminar CD’s, tarot and psychic readings.
